A Radical Change

Reggie Joiner talked on Radical change at the Drive Conference. He basically said you can't tweak, the best way to radically change something that isn't going the way you want it to is to radically change it. Reggie is a wise man. He Asked two questions. What is it that needs to change? What is keeping me from changing it? He said don't waste time tweaking your life away. You might turn what your doing, you might even head in the right direction.But you'll never change it. If you want to radically change something in your life you have to radically change it. Change it, Kill it whatever.You have to quit and start over. He told a story of how... if you don't do what your supposed to do with the vision you have been given. Someone else will. At some point if you don't do it, someone is going to come along and they are going to do it. So when your vision, your goal, your relationships aren't going where you want them to why not just walk out the door and walk  right back in and start over as the person who would replace you. Don't tweak, Radically change.
